We take seriously the need to do more to stop the spread of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other child sexual exploitation (CSE) content over the Internet, however, we do not believe that protecting children online requires undermining the security of online communications tools or amending Section 230, the law that has made such services — and the rest of today’s Internet — possible.
